4 med. size red potatoes, washed
5 T. butter (not margarine)
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. parmesan cheese

How to make it
Slice the potatoes in half and then quarter each half. Place in a pot and cover with water. Cook the potatoes until they are fork tender and drain. Place the butter in a small pot, melt the butter over med. high heat allowing it to cook until it begins to brown in color, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the garlic, parmesan and chives. Season the potatoes with the salt and pepper then pour the brown butter over the potatoes just before serving.
