Ingredients
1 C. sugar
2 T. butter, melted (not margarine)
1 large egg
3/4 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 C. self rising flour
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 large peach, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 C. walnut or pecan pieces
2 T. butter, melted (not margarine)
1 large egg
3/4 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 C. self rising flour
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 large peach, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 C. walnut or pecan pieces
How to make this
In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, butter and egg until well combined. Whisk in the milk and vanilla extract. Stir in the flour, 1 C. at a time until well combined (it will be thick). Stir in the bananas, peaches and walnuts. Combine well and pour into a well greased (I used butter) 9 x 4 loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes. Allow to cool 5 minutes in the pan before turning out onto a plate.
