Chili Lime Corn on the Cob



Ingredients

fresh corn, shucked
lime juice
chili powder
smoked paprika
butter
 
How to make it

Take each ear of corn and slather it up with the butter. Sprinkle all around with some lime juice and then each of the seasonings. Wrap each ear in some tinfoil. If using the grill, place the corn on a med. high grill for 35 minutes, turning half way through. If using the oven, place the corn on a baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
